The White Glove Packaging Process
The safety of your artwork is our highest priority. Every original and limited edition print is packaged with museum-level care.
For Original Artworks:
- Protective Layer: The artwork is gently wrapped in glassine paper (acid-free, moisture-resistant) to protect the surface and prevent shifting of the charcoal/pastel.
- Rigid Shield: The protected artwork is rolled in 10 cm diameter, 2mm thick rigid cardboard tube.
- Final Shell: The entire package is then secured within a specialized, heavy-duty cardboard box or, for very large pieces, a custom-built wooden crate.
- Documentation: As per our Acquisition Contract, we photograph and/or video the final packaging process to document the item’s pristine condition before handover.
For Limited Edition Prints:
Prints are rolled with the utmost care, avoiding creases, and placed inside extra-thick, wide-diameter mailing tubes to prevent curvature and crushing during transit.
