Acquiring a Unique Artwork
Acquiring an original piece from the Shadow Aesthetic collection is a specialized, personal process designed to ensure your unique artwork is handled with the utmost care from our studio in Serbia to your location.
Step 1: The Inquiry
- On the product page of the Original Artwork you wish to acquire, click the “Inquire About Original” button.
- Provide your name, email, and shipping destination so we can accurately calculate logistics.
Step 2: The Offer and Contract
- The Artist will respond within 24 hours with a detailed Initial Offer, including the total price, the specialized shipping fee (including full insurance), and a summary of our policies.
- If you accept the offer, we will send the Full Acquisition Contract for your signature, confirming the terms of sale and copyright details.
Step 3: The Non-Refundable Deposit
- To secure the piece and begin the archival preparation process (COA, final packaging), you pay the 50% non-refundable deposit via the secure invoice.
Step 4: Preparation and Final Payment
- We finalize the preparation and send you photo/video documentation of the artwork’s pristine condition and secure packaging.
- We then issue the final invoice for the remaining balance. Once this payment clears, the item is immediately handed over to the courier.
Step 5: Shipment and Delivery
- You receive the tracking number via email.
- Note: You will be contacted by the courier regarding the payment of your country’s customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.
